Hosted by Politecnico di Torino, the PHOENICE Project gathered In Turin last week for its third General Assembly

Our two-day assembly was a great opportunity to discuss the activities carried out over the past six months and plan the upcoming activities, especially about our prototype development, which is now assembled! This prototype vehicle contains all the technological components identified, developed, and manufactured within the different technical work packages to demonstrate the maximum potential …

PHOENICE just completed a fruitful second review meeting Last week!

The meeting was a constructive discussion with the PO and we got encouragements for the next and last reporting period. We keep on demonstrating the maximal potential of a plug-in hybrid vehicle, optimised to reduce both fuel consumption and pollutant emissions in real driving conditions.

PHOENICE was at the FKFS 23rd Stuttgart International Symposium this week

PHOENICE was at the FKFS 23rd Stuttgart International Symposium this week to present its research results about the development of a Digital Twin to support the calibration of the PHOENICE engine. This work notably made it possible to achieve a maximum gross indicated thermal efficiency of about 47% thanks to a preliminary engine virtual calibration focused on the …
